Included:
• Approx. ones a week cleaning of the apartment/ changing linen
• gas/water/electricity by normal use*
• free unlimited wireless internet (bring your own laptop)
• free use of local prepaid mobilephone
* The rate includes electricity up to a consumption of 4 KWH per night per person and also includes gas and water consumption. The included electricity consumption is based on an average use of bedroom air conditioning during the night.
Not included:
• Surplus electricity consumption (about € 0,40 per KWH), which will be deducted from the security deposit. The meter will be checked at the beginning and the end of your stay, in your presence.
• Telephone costs. There is a mobile telephone in the house that works through a pre-paid system. You can buy re-charge cards at various sites including supermarkets and gas stations.
• Transfer costs to/from the airport.
