The apartment (ca130m2) is stylishly and complete furnished for a maximum of 4 persons.

The classification exists from 1 bedroom, fresh on the wind and provides 2 1-persons box spring beds (90×200), a closet and air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have its own access to the porch and the garden. The bathroom has a hot shower.

The spacious living room is provided with a dining corner for 4 persons, sitting corner with a comfortable couch, TV with dvd-/cd-/mp3-player/radio and reading books. The open kitchen is equipped entirely with refrigerator, oven and complete cutlery. One side and the back of the apartment has a covered large porch.

You can enjoy deliciously the always present wind, in the sun or in the shade. The apartment has also a tropical garden with fruit trees. You have an own access to the porch and the garden.
